Darci's Review A Curse for True Love is an adorable conclusion to Stephanie Garber’s Once Upon a Broken Heart Trilogy. While there are some lulls in the storyline, you need to persevere, as Garber continues to create such a heartfelt connection between Evangeline and Jacks. These lulls give you time to reflect on how Evangeline feels as she tries to regain her memories since they were stolen, although it does make the second half of the book feel rushed. Jacks cannot seem to resist Evangeline, putting Apollo on edge and creating a gripping dynamic of jealousy and insecurity. Then you get to the reappearance of the Valors, in which plot twists are revealed while also tying the story up in a beautiful pink bow. Garber’s ability to make you fall in love with her characters is astounding, as it has kept me wanting more as these novels have progressed. A Curse for True Love is a definite must-read to conclude Evangeline’s fairytale; a stunning romance that I could not put down.
