A charming read that is the epitome of ‘cosy fantasy’, a story of friends, snacks and coffee with only a little action and adventure. We follow the journey of Viv an orcish ex-adventure who is looking to settle down and set up a café in the city of Thune, a city where few know coffee and everyone is a stranger. Meeting a host of odd but loveable individuals, we get to watch as Viv builds her shop up from the ground working with her new found friends to defeat the trials and tribulations of a new business, such as marketing, small kitchens, and taxes.

One of the best books I’ve found to curl up under a blanket with, it will warm you and leave you wanting a hot cup of coffee and a fresh baked pastry.
